How long will it take for my statements to be mailed out?
Your statements are usually mailed with in 24 hours from the time we receive your statemnts.

Do I have to have high speed internet?
No.  You can submit your statements by dial up modem or high speed.

Can I send a mailer or other documentation with the statement?
Yes.  Have a promotion you want to tell your patients about?  We can even design and customize it with you.  Development and other fees may apply.

Can I add a personal note to a statement?
Yes.  Depending on your Practice Management System, you can add a note to a individual statement or add 1 note to all your statements.

Can I add my office logo to my statements?
Yes.  Statements are done in black & white so the logo will be also.  There is a one time fee of $20 for logo printing on statements.

Is eStatementX HIPAA compiant?
See the average number of days each insurance company takes to pay a claim. Each outstanding claim shows the expected date of payment.

Can I provide a credit card payment option on my statement?
Yes.  We provide templates for you to choose from so you put what you want on the statement and we do the rest.

Is there an additional charge for additional pages?
Yes.  There is a .25 fee per each additional page.
